The AMU Research Portal

The AMU Research Portal has been implemented by AMU Rector’s Ordinance No. 8/2020/2021  to improve the knowledge managing process at the University, in particularly to create inventory of documents related to academic output of staff  and doctoral students of the Adam Mickiewicz University  in Poznań, and to archive and promote the effects of their scientific and research activity, as well as document their professional achievements. The Portal operates as a Current Research Information System (CRIS) solution supported by the Omega-Psir software.

The AMU Research Portal provides the researchers with an opportunity to promote their own professional image and scientific and research achievements in Poland and abroad. The system makes it also possible to help prepare required documentation and data for the quality evaluation process of one’s research activity, and facilitates generating reports for periodic assessment of academic staff, professional advancement, or grant applications for University staff members.

An important part of the AMU Research Portal is AMUReD repository, i.e. research data set repository, where researchers can deposit their research outputs collected throughout their research and developmental works.

The unit responsible for administering  and managing the AMU Research Portal is the University  Library in Poznań, and in particular the AMU Research Portal Managing Team that operates in close co-operation with Faculty Editors.

We strongly recommend using the AMU Research Portal when doing research, and we encourage University staff members and PhD students to submit their publications to the database – all necessary instructions are provided on the AMU RP website under the tab ”On AMU Research Portal”.
